Prize Application Form

Each article may be submitted only once. For co-authored papers, a single author should complete the submission on behalf of all co-authors. Multiple submissions are allowed only for different articles, and each article must be submitted separately. Please note that submission does not replace conference registration: every prize applicant must complete their own registration individually.
