Please read the following information before completing your prize application form.

The prize consists of two categories: the Best Article Award and the Honorary Award.

I. For the Best Article Award, provide a single PDF file containing the following information:

    • the paper submitted for the award (the paper must be published between 2023 and 2026).
    • one or two pages describing the contributions of this paper to the advancement of applied mathematics and the resolution of societal problems, and
    • an updated curriculum vitae (CV) with only the papers published between 2023 and 2026.

For co-authored papers, a single author should complete the submission on behalf of all co-authors.

II. For the Honorary Award, provide a single PDF file containing the following information:

    • A description (with supporting evidence if possible) of the activities carried out for the advancement of applied mathematics, the supervision of students and researchers, and remarkable support for the development of society, and
    • an updated curriculum vitae (CV).
